Jonathan-HallJonathan Hall is a founder and a managing partner of Dreamspan and its affiliate company, DreamBrands.  The Company develops, manufacturers and markets science based personal care products designed to improve our quality of life.  It builds upon its management team’s 10-year history of working together to successfully launch over 80 branded and co-branded/private label products in over 30 countries around the world.  DreamBrands launches its own product lines under the Oceanus Naturals brand name.  Dreamspan develops new products for third party companies.  Prior to founding Dreamspan and DreamBrands, Mr. Hall worked for over 20 years in the private equity and venture capital industries.  He helped found and build Security Pacific Venture Capital Group’s highly successful debt-equity venture loan program.  He enjoys public speaking and supporting entrepreneurial activities, including serving as guest lecturer at Stanford, Harvard, and UCLA graduate schools.  Mr. Hall received his BA from Harvard University and MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.  He was selected the Outstanding Graduate Business Student by the American Marketing Association.

Colin Christie, President and CEO,  MxSecure

Colin was the co-founder and technology architect of POP Interactive, a leading San Francisco based interactive communications and technologies firm. As one of the pioneers of commercial use of the Internet, he helped develop highly sophisticated web-based applications for dozens of clients nationwide.  Within that web-based environment, he saw an opportunity to revolutionize how healthcare providers and clinics created and processed transcriptions and managed their records. And MxSecure was born. By harnessing Colin’s incredible range of skills and knowledge and focusing them on the problem of inefficiencies in the healthcare field, MxSecure has grown from a small company to the biggest name in clinic transcription services, and is rapidly becoming a big name player in the EHR field.

William Carey, CEO, Dixon Golf

 William CWilliam Headshotarey is an avid entrepreneur who is currently influencing the golf industry to adopt practices and procedures that are environmentally sensitive and practical . After receiving an economics degree at Brigham Young University, William founded his first start-up LunchClub.com that he ran for 7 years. LunchClub became the largest restaurant marketing company in Arizona and was voted one of the top 10 internet marketing companies in the state by Ranking Arizona before it was acquired in 2006. William switched his focus to the golf industry and became one of the principles of a golf manufacturing facility. He co-founded Dixon Golf, which introduced the world’s 1st 100% High Performance Eco-Friendly Golf ball, Dixon Earth. Not only is Dixon Golf the only Eco Friendly golf ball company, it is also Arizona’s only local golf ball company. He currently serves as CEO and Dixon Golf has become one of the fastest growing brands in golf.

 Mike Endredy is president and owner of SYNERGY HomeCare in Mesa, AZ.  SYNERGY HomeCare is a non-medical home care franchise that cares for the elderly, injured and disabled in the comforts of their own home by providing assistance with daily living activities (light housekeeping, personal care, errands, meal prep and more).  Since 2005, SYNERGY HomeCare in Mesa, AZ has been one of the top performers in the SYNERGY HomeCare system.  Mike has organized SYNERGY HomeCare in Mesa to be uniquely positioned as one of just a few home care companies in the State of Arizona to provide services to the disabled and elderly communities actively.  Mike’s education and 10 year’s of experience as an engineer lends itself well to building world class internal processes to create a seamless flow of information in this highly personal industry.  Mike enjoys getting out of the office and meeting new people to help enhance his knowledge of business, health care and grow his personal life.  Mike is married with one two and a half year old daughter, where both of them happily occupy ‘the rest’ of his at home time.
